Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, message, inquiry type, and, optionally, your organization and a related Ruda Works venture. You may instead contact us directly by email.
How contact submissions are processed
Contact forms are transmitted over HTTPS to infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services. AWS Lambda validates the request and Amazon Simple Email Service delivers it into the Ruda Works email workflow. Correspondence may then be processed in Gmail. The website does not maintain a contact-form database.
Operational records
We retain limited technical logs for up to seven days to keep the contact service reliable and prevent abuse. Those logs contain request identifiers, outcome status, and broad error categories—not your name, email address, organization, or message body.
Correspondence and retention
Messages and replies are kept only as long as reasonably useful for the conversation, related business records, legal obligations, or the continuing relationship. You may ask us to delete ordinary correspondence, subject to records we must retain by law.
Sharing
We use service providers such as AWS and Google only to operate the site and email. We do not sell your information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect people, the studio, or its services.
Children
This studio website is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit personal information through the contact form if you are under 13.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information we hold, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing privacy@rudaworks.com.
